We are pleased to share that a new daycare, LE 3 Inc, is getting ready to open this summer, July 2023, in the the Larkin neighborhood in our Millrace Commons Building at 799 Seneca Street. LE 3 would like to offer early access to Larkin Development Group tenants before registration ‘goes live’ next week. Their registration is now quietly open on their website for early tenant access over the next few days so feel free to share! They have spots for infants – 5 years.
