FITNESS IN THE PARKS
This year marks the 12th anniversary of Fitness in the Parks, a partnership between the YMCA and Independent Health which provides free fitness opportunities right in Larkin Square. Enjoy Cardio-Kickboxing on Mondays at 6 PM and ZUMBA on Saturdays at 10AM through the end of August. Classes meet by the floral mural.
YOGA
Space on Seneca (@spaceonseneca) hosts outdoor Yoga for all levels on Sunday mornings and occasional evenings under the Boardwalk in the Square. Registration is required. Sign up here.
PICKLEBALL
Our pickleball courts are enjoyed by tenants and residents. The two community courts are available on a first-come-first-served basis all week with the exception of Food Truck Tuesdays and occasional private events. Bring your paddles and some friends and “dink responsibly”!
HIT THE GYM
Tenants of Larkin Development Group have 24/7 access to the fully equipped, state of the art Hubbard Fitness Center. The reasonable membership fee includes use of the gym, showers, towel service, WiFi and access to a certified private trainer for an additional fee. Rates and sign up info can be found here.

Don’t forget to eat! Visit Toasted, the Swan Street Diner or Paula’s Donuts, all open 7 days a week, for a healthy meal, snack or smoothie and outfit yourself for play at The Lounge Shop at Millrace Commons!
