716 Swan Street, built in the 1890’s and redeveloped by LDG in 2014. The building is now home to the Hydraulic Hearth Restaurant & Beer Garden. There are two residential apartments on the second floor.
Adjacent to the restaurant is a beer garden which includes two shuffleboard courts.
