Restaurant & Brewery
716 Swan Street, built in the 1890’s and redeveloped by LDG in 2014. The building is now home to the Hydraulic Hearth Restaurant & Brewery. There are two residential apartments on the second floor.
The Hydraulic Hearth includes an onsite brewery in partnership with Community Beer Works. Adjacent to the restaurant is a beer garden which includes two shuffleboard courts.
